Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a large bowl, mix together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
Cut in butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Fold in blueberries, lemon zest, egg, and cream until just combined.
Turn the dough onto a floured surface and shape into an 8-inch circle.
