  • 0.75 cups cocoa powder
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup crushed cookies such as Oreo

Instructions

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 inch pan.
  • Melt the butter in a large mixing bowl. Add sugar and mix well.
  • Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla.
  • Sift in the flour, cocoa powder, and mix until just combined.
  • Fold in the crushed cookies.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly. Bake for 30 minutes.
  • Let cool before cutting into squares.
