Instructions
Preparation Steps
In a large bowl, gently combine crab meat, mayonnaise, breadcrumbs, egg, parsley, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Form the mixture into 8 equal-sized patties, about 3 inches in diameter.
Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Fry crab cakes for about 4 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through.
Drain cooked crab cakes on paper towels and serve warm with your favorite sauce.
Notes
For an extra zesty twist, serve with homemade lemon aioli or spicy remoulade sauce.
