Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
Cut in the cold butter with a pastry cutter or fork until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Gently fold in the buttermilk until just combined, then carefully fold in the blueberries.
Turn the dough onto a floured surface and pat into a 1-inch thick rectangle. Cut into 8 biscuits.
Place biscuits on prepared baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
Let cool slightly before serving warm with butter or jam.

Store leftover biscuits in an airtight container for up to 2 days or freeze for longer storage.
