Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8x8 inch baking pan.
Melt the butter in a medium saucepan over low heat, then remove from heat.
Stir sugar into the melted butter until combined.
Whisk in eggs one at a time, then add vanilla extract and Biscoff spread, mixing until smooth.
Sift together flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture.
Fold in chocolate chips.
Pour batter into prepared pan and smooth top.
Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out mostly clean.
Allow brownies to cool completely before cutting into squares and serving.
