Preparation Steps
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a bundt pan.
In a large bowl, mix mashed bananas, melted butter, and sugar until combined.
Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla extract.
In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the banana mixture and stir until just combined.
Pour batter into the prepared bundt pan and bake for 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before inverting onto a wire rack to cool completely.

Store leftover cake covered at room temperature for up to 3 days.
