Preparation Steps
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake pan with paper liners.
In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Mix in the mashed bananas and flour alternately into the butter mixture.
Fold in the toffee bits.
Fill the cupcake liners about 2/3 full and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Notes
