Preparation Steps
Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
Beat cream cheese and caramel sauce until smooth. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing until just combined.
Pour cream cheese mixture over crust and sprinkle 1 cup of toffee bits on top.
Bake for 60 minutes or until the center is set. Cool for at least 4 hours, then drizzle with caramel sauce and sprinkle with remaining toffee bits.
