Preparation Steps
Peel the ripe bananas and mash them thoroughly in a large bowl until smooth.
In a heatproof bowl, melt the dark chocolate along with the butter over a double boiler until smooth.
Stir the heavy cream and vanilla extract into the melted chocolate mixture until fully combined.
Fold the melted chocolate mixture into the mashed bananas until evenly mixed.
Transfer the mixture into serving dishes and chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
