Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and brush with olive oil.
Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets.
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, water, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, allowing excess to drip off, then place on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through for even crispiness.
Remove from oven and toss the cauliflower wings gently with buffalo sauce.
Return the wings to the baking sheet and bake an additional 5 minutes.
Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
For extra crispiness, you can broil the wings for 1-2 minutes at the end. Serve with celery sticks and ranch dressing for a classic experience.
