Instructions
Preparation Steps
Place the chicken thighs at the bottom of your crockpot.
In a bowl, mix BBQ sauce, soy sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken.
Add pineapple chunks on top and cover.
Cook on low for 4 hours or until chicken is tender.
Shred the chicken with forks and stir to mix with sauce.
Serve hot over rice or in sandwiches.
Notes
Great served with steamed rice; you can also add red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.
