Instructions
Preparation Steps
In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, beaten egg, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
Form the mixture into 1.5-inch meatballs and place them in the crockpot.
Pour tomato sauce over the meatballs evenly.
Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or until meatballs are cooked through and tender.
Serve hot with pasta or crusty bread.
Notes
Feel free to add fresh basil or oregano to the sauce for extra flavor. These meatballs also freeze well for meal prep.
