Preparation Steps
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
Set up a breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and panko breadcrumbs.
Season the salmon pieces with paprika and cayenne, then coat them in flour, dip in eggs, and finally press into breadcrumbs.
Place the coated salmon bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden and crispy.
Notes
