Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
Melt the butter in a large pan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
Add shrimp to the pan, season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice, then cook until just pink.
In a bowl, combine the cooked shrimp with panko breadcrumbs and parsley.
Spread the shrimp mixture evenly on a baking tray.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes until crispy and golden brown.
