Instructions
Preparation Steps
Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper on both sides.
Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat and cook chicken breasts until golden and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side.
Remove chicken from skillet and set aside. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
Add heavy cream and grated parmesan cheese, stirring until the cheese melts and sauce thickens slightly.
Stir in the chopped spinach and cook until wilted, about 2-3 minutes.
Return the chicken to the skillet, spoon sauce over the top, and simmer for an additional 5 minutes to heat through.
Serve the creamy spinach chicken warm, garnished with additional parmesan if desired.
