Instructions
Preparation Steps
Cook the linguine according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
Add the shrimp to the skillet, seasoning with salt and pepper. Cook until they are pink and opaque.
Stir in the heavy cream and grated parmesan, mixing until the cheese is melted and sauce thickens.
Combine the cooked linguine with the shrimp and sauce, tossing to coat well.
Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
For added flavor, sprinkle with red pepper flakes or serve with lemon wedges.
