Instructions
Preparation Steps
Cook fettuccine pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
Add shrimp to skillet. Cook until pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes. Remove shrimp and set aside.
Pour heavy cream into the same skillet and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted.
Return shrimp to skillet. Stir in cooked pasta, salt, and pepper. Mix until everything is well coated.
Garnish with chopped parsley before serving hot.
Notes
Add a splash of lemon juice for extra zest!
