Instructions
Preparation Steps
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Season pork chops evenly with ranch seasoning mix.
Add pork chops to skillet and sear for 4-5 minutes on each side until browned.
Remove pork chops and set aside. In the same skillet, add garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream and stir to combine, scraping any browned bits from the pan.
Return pork chops to skillet and simmer in sauce for 10-12 minutes until cooked through and sauce has thickened.
Serve pork chops with creamy ranch sauce spooned over the top.
Notes
For best results, allow pork chops to rest 5 minutes before serving. Pair with roasted vegetables or mashed potatoes.
