Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Cook diced chicken until golden, about 6-8 minutes.
Add minced garlic and cook for another 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
In a large baking dish, combine cubed potatoes, cooked chicken, heavy cream, salt, pepper, and thyme. Stir well.
Top with shredded cheese and cover the dish with foil.
Bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until cheese is bubbly and potatoes are tender.
Notes
For extra flavor, sprinkle fresh herbs before serving.
