Instructions
Preparation Steps
Place the diced potatoes, chopped onion, and minced garlic in the crock pot.
Pour the chicken broth over the vegetables and stir.
Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or until potatoes are tender.
Once cooked, mash some of the potatoes for a creamy texture.
Stir in heavy cream, shredded cheese, salt, and pepper.
Cook for an additional 30 minutes on low, stirring occasionally.
Serve hot, garnished with extra cheese if desired.
