Instructions
Preparation Steps
Line an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper and set aside.
In a medium saucepan, combine sugar, butter, and heavy cream over medium heat.
Stir constantly until the mixture reaches a boil, then cook for 5 minutes to achieve a thick consistency.
Remove from heat and immediately mix in white chocolate chips until melted and smooth.
Stir in vanilla extract and crushed Oreo cookies until evenly combined.
Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm. Cut into squares and serve.
