Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat your oven to 350°F.
In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until cooked through. Drain the fat.
In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked beef, hash browns, cheddar cheese, soup, milk, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Spread the mixture into a greased baking dish.
