Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat your oven to 375°F.
In a large bowl, mix cottage cheese, mozzarella, bell peppers, olives, and oregano.
Spread half the pizza sauce in the bottom of a baking dish.
Layer the cheese mixture over the sauce, then top with remaining pizza sauce.
Bake in the oven for 25 minutes or until bubbly and golden.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
For added flavor, sprinkle some fresh basil on top before serving!
