Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add Cool Whip and vanilla extract to the mixture and stir to combine.
In another bowl, whisk together flour and baking powder, then gradually fold into the wet ingredients.
Drop spoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
