Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
Add onions and mixed vegetables to the skillet. Cook until softened.
Stir in diced potatoes, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Transfer the mixture to a casserole dish and cover with foil.
Bake in preheated oven for 35 minutes, then remove foil and bake for another 10 minutes until golden.
Let sit for 10 minutes before serving.
Notes
For added flavor, try adding shredded cheese on top during the last 10 minutes of baking.
