Preparation Steps
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease and flour a 9-inch round baking pan.
In a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
Cut in the cold butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Stir in the milk to form a soft dough.
Roll out the dough into a rectangle on a floured surface. Sprinkle with cinnamon and extra sugar, then roll up tightly.
Cut the roll into slices and arrange them spiral side up in the prepared pan.
Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
Allow to cool slightly before serving.
