Preparation Steps
Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter, sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Stir until well mixed.
Add the almonds to the bowl and toss until they are fully coated with the cinnamon mixture.
Spread the almonds evenly on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
Bake for 25 minutes, stirring halfway through to ensure even roasting. Let cool before serving.
Notes
Store cooled almonds in an airtight container for up to two weeks. Great as a snack or salad topping.
