Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.
In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and half of the sugar.
Add melted butter and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients and mix until combined.
Press the dough evenly into the prepared pan.
Sprinkle remaining sugar mixed with cinnamon evenly over the top.
Bake for 22-25 minutes or until edges are golden brown.
Let cool completely before cutting into bars and serving.
