Preparation Steps
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
In a large bowl, beat the eggs, granulated sugar, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until fully combined.
Scoop the dough by tablespoonfuls and roll into balls, then coat generously in powdered sugar.
Place the coated dough balls onto the prepared baking sheets, spacing about 2 inches apart.
Bake for 12-15 minutes until the edges are set but the centers are still soft.
Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
