1pintfresh raspberriesor frozen if already purchased
1cupsemi-sweet or dark chocolate chips
1tablespooncoconut oiloptional, for smoother melting
Parchment paper
Instructions
Prepare the Raspberries: If using fresh raspberries, wash and thoroughly dry them. If using frozen raspberries, ensure they are kept frozen before dipping.
Melt the Chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips and coconut oil (if using). Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring after each interval, until the chocolate is fully melted and smooth.
Dip the Raspberries: Using a fork or toothpick, dip each raspberry into the melted chocolate, ensuring it's fully or partially covered (depending on your preference). Let the excess chocolate drip off.
Place on Parchment Paper: Place the chocolate-covered raspberries on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Freeze: Once all the raspberries are dipped, place the baking sheet in the freezer for about 30 minutes to 1 hour, or until the chocolate is firm.
Serve: Enjoy the chocolate-covered frozen raspberries directly from the freezer or let them sit at room temperature for a few minutes to soften slightly before serving.
