Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl until combined, then press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla extract.
Gently fold in chocolate chips into the cream cheese mixture.
Pour the batter over the crust and swirl lightly to create cheesecake swirls.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until center is set. Let cool completely before serving.
