Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Slice chicken breasts into thin cutlets, season with garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook chicken cutlets until golden and cooked through, about 4 minutes per side.
Slice slider buns in half and layer bottom halves with marinara sauce, cooked chicken, mozzarella cheese, and Parmesan cheese.
Top with fresh basil leaves and place tops of buns on sliders.
Wrap sliders tightly in foil and bake for 15 minutes until cheese is melted and sliders are heated through.
Remove from oven, unwrap and serve warm.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a sprinkle of red pepper flakes before baking.
