Instructions
Preparation Steps
Cook the chicken breasts in a skillet until fully cooked and no longer pink, about 6-8 minutes per side.
Once cooked, slice the chicken into thin strips.
In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped Romaine lettuce, Caesar dressing, and half of the Parmesan cheese. Toss gently.
Lay a tortilla flat and fill it with a generous portion of the lettuce mixture and the sliced chicken.
Sprinkle the remaining Parmesan cheese over the top, then roll the tortilla tightly to enclose the filling.
Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.
Slice each wrap in half, and serve immediately with extra dressing if desired.
Notes
For added flavor, include croutons or anchovies in the wrap. These wraps are great for meal prep!
