Instructions
Preparation Steps
Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove and crumble.
In the same skillet, sauté the chicken pieces until no longer pink, about 10-12 minutes.
Once cooked, mix in the ranch dressing and half of the crumbled bacon.
To assemble, place a scoop of the chicken mixture onto a lettuce leaf.
Top with cherry tomatoes and remaining bacon, add cheese.
Wrap the lettuce around the filling and serve immediately.
Notes
Serve with extra ranch on the side for dipping or add avocado for creaminess!
