Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Slice kielbasa into 1/4-inch thick rounds.
In a large bowl, combine sour cream, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
In a greased 9x13-inch baking dish, layer half of the potatoes, half of the kielbasa, and half of the cheese.
Pour half of the sour cream mixture over the layers.
Repeat the layering with remaining potatoes, kielbasa, and cheese, then pour the rest of the sour cream mixture on top.
Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes, then remove the foil and bake an additional 10 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.

This casserole is great for meal prep and can be refrigerated for up to 3 days or frozen for longer storage.
