Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
In a large bowl, combine the shredded hashbrowns, cheddar cheese, sour cream, melted butter, diced onion, salt, and black pepper.
Mix everything thoroughly until well combined.
Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes or until the top is golden brown and bubbly.
