Instructions
Preparation Steps
Whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form, and set aside in the refrigerator.
Combine champagne, Chambord, and sugar in a saucepan over low heat, stirring until sugar dissolves.
Add softened gelatin sheets to the champagne mixture and stir until completely dissolved.
Let the mixture cool slightly, then gently fold into the whipped cream.
Pour mousse into serving glasses and chill for at least 2 hours or until set.
Notes
You can garnish with fresh berries or mint leaves for an added touch.
