Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
In a large bowl, mix flour, sugars, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
Whisk eggs and oil together, then add to the dry ingredients.
Fold in grated carrots until evenly distributed.
Pour batter into the loaf pan and bake for 60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
