Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, and baking soda. Add oil and eggs, and mix until blended. Stir in carrots.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Allow to cool, then spread with cream cheese frosting before serving.
Notes
Feel free to add nuts or raisins for extra flavor.
