Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Mix in the vanilla extract and egg until well combined.
Gradually stir in the flour, baking powder, and salt until well blended.
Fill a cookie press with dough and press cookies onto the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 6 to 8 minutes or until the edges are just starting to turn golden.
Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
