Instructions
Prepare the Dip: In a medium bowl, mix the creamy peanut butter, powdered sugar, cream cheese, and vanilla extract together until smooth and well combined.
Melt the Chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth. If the chocolate is too thick, add a tablespoon of vegetable oil to thin it out.
Combine and Serve: Pour the melted chocolate over the peanut butter mixture and gently swirl to create a marbled effect, or you can mix it in completely for a uniform dip.
Chill (Optional): For a thicker consistency, you can refrigerate the dip for about 30 minutes before serving.
Serve: Transfer the Buckeye Dip to a serving bowl and serve with graham crackers, pretzels, or apple slices for dipping.
