Preparation Steps
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish.
In a large bowl, mix the cottage cheese, eggs, honey, and vanilla until smooth.
In a separate bowl, combine oats, baking powder, and salt.
Fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until well combined.
Gently stir in the blueberries to the batter.
Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
Bake for 40-45 minutes or until golden and set in the center.
Notes
