Preparation Steps
Combine mixed berries, sugar, lemon juice, and water in a saucepan over medium heat.
Bring the mixture to a gentle boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes until berries soften.
Remove from heat and blend the mixture until smooth using an immersion blender or food processor.
Strain the coulis through a fine mesh sieve to remove seeds and pulp.
Allow to cool before serving or refrigerate for up to 3 days.
