Instructions
Preparation Steps
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add beef tips and cook until browned on all sides, about 5-7 minutes.
Remove beef from skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, melt butter and stir in garlic powder and black pepper.
Add beef broth and bring to a simmer.
Return beef tips to the skillet, cover, and cook on low heat for 30 minutes until tender.
Meanwhile, cook egg noodles according to package instructions, drain and set aside.
Serve beef tips over egg noodles and enjoy warm.

This classic recipe can be enhanced with fresh parsley or a splash of red wine for deeper flavor.
