Instructions
Preparation Steps
Mix brown sugar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper in a bowl to make the dry rub.
Rub the spice mixture evenly over the pork shoulder.
Place pork in a slow cooker. Pour apple cider vinegar over the top.
Cook on low for 5 hours or until pork easily shreds with a fork.
Remove pork from slow cooker and shred with two forks.
Mix shredded pork with barbecue sauce.
Serve pork on slider buns and enjoy.
Notes
For extra flavor, add pickles or coleslaw to the sliders.
