Instructions
Preparation Steps
Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add diced onion, bell pepper, and garlic; sauté for 3-4 minutes until softened.
Add diced chicken and cook until heated through, about 3 minutes.
Stir in cooked jasmine rice, soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Pour Bang Bang sauce over rice mixture and stir until thoroughly combined and heated.
Remove from heat and garnish with sliced green onions before serving.
Notes
For extra heat, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the sauce. Best served hot.
