Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat your skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.
Season chicken thighs with garlic powder and ginger, then coat them with panko breadcrumbs.
Place the chicken in the skillet and cook for about 5-7 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside. In the same pan, stir-fry the broccoli for 3-4 minutes.
Mix sweet chili sauce and soy sauce, then pour over chicken and broccoli, simmer for a couple of minutes.
Notes
This dish pairs wonderfully with jasmine rice or noodles. Add sesame seeds for a nice crunch!
