Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
Add melted butter, sugar, and eggs to the mashed bananas and mix well.
In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet banana mixture and stir until just combined.
Fold in the chopped toasted walnuts.
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Remove from oven and allow to cool before slicing.
Notes
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days or refrigerate for up to a week.
