Preparation Steps
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9x9 inch baking pan.
Toast the almonds on a baking sheet for 8-10 minutes until fragrant, then let them cool and roughly chop.
In a medium saucepan, gently warm the honey over low heat until it becomes runny.
Combine the oats, toasted almonds, dried cranberries, and sea salt in a large bowl.
Pour the warmed honey over the dry ingredients and mix thoroughly to evenly coat everything.
Press the mixture firmly into the prepared baking pan and bake for 10 minutes.
Remove from the oven, let cool completely before cutting into bars.
