Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C). Line an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
Toast the almonds on a baking sheet for 8-10 minutes until fragrant and slightly browned. Let cool.
In a large bowl, combine toasted almonds, rolled oats, sea salt, and mix well.
In a small saucepan over low heat, warm honey and almond butter until smooth and combined. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
Pour the honey mixture over the dry ingredients and mix until evenly coated.
Press the mixture firmly into the prepared baking pan. Bake for 15-20 minutes until edges are golden.
Remove from oven and let cool completely before cutting into bars.
Notes
Store almond bars in an airtight container for up to one week or freeze for longer freshness.
